“Bringing authentic Dancehall culture from the streets of Jamaica to the land down under”

After the success of the inaugural ‘True Jamaican Dancehall Tour’ 2014 with legendary Dancehall dancer Latonya Style, Jungle City projects and I Love Dancehall are very proud to announce that the tour will be back for 2015.

This time round Latonya will be joined by rising star Craig Black aka Dragon Eagle– of the world famous Black Eagles dance crew; alongside an array of Australian dancers and artist who will be presenting workshops for the first ‘True Jamaican Dancehall’ – Music – Dance – Culture Camp.

The camp will be held in the serene setting of Camp Angahook in Aireys Inlet, Victoria – just ninety minutes out of Melbourne’s CBD. It will run over three days and two nights with a full program of dance, music, screenings and culture workshops.
At night the Djs and Mcs will take over, hosting dancehall parties and a BBQ beach party on Saturday night.

Latonya Style founder and CEO of Dance Jamaica (DanceJa Movement), member of world famous First Class Dancers, and DanceJA Team, and creator of the iconic ‘Stylish Moves’ – bringing a touch of class and confidence to Dancehall. Latonya is undeniably one of Jamaica’s most renowned and distinguished Dance creators, Instructors, choreographers, and pioneers in the development and sustainability of authentic Jamaican Dancehall culture. Her flexibility and versatility has made her a fixture on the worldwide stage while inspiring many other female dancers to aspire for greater achievement within the performing arts.


CRAIG BLACK EAGLE aka Dragon Eagle

As a late bloomer into the dance world – not beginning his dance journey until the ripe old age of 19, Craig of Black Eagles dance crew very quickly rose to the top of his game as one of the most popular Dancehall dancers, instructors, and dance creators worldwide. His rise to stardom paid much credit to his online youtube clips with his crew Black Eagles and their new generation of Dancehall dubbed ‘Dancehall. This style has already seen him join the touring circuit visiting Europe and South America, with Australia to be next on his list!

Cat Pwiti aka Kitty Cat, founder of Burncity Queenz (Melbourne’s first official Dancehall dance group), and Jungle City projects has been managing, coordinating, choreographing, dancing, performing, and supporting countless projects, events, and performing artists for almost a decade. Her love and dedication to the development of Dancehall culture in Australia has been her driving force and given her the opportunity to perform alongside big name artists such as Demarco, Cecil, and Elephant Man to name a few. Recently back from her first trip to Jamaica Cat made history as the first Australian ever to enter the International Dancehall Queen Competition.


Nadiah “NfuZion” Idris is one of Australia’s top freelance dancers, choreographers and educators. She is extremely passionate, unique and pure in what she delivers in all aspects of her profession and is constantly acquiring new skills to refine her craft. Nadiah has been recognized for her underground specialty style of Dancehall called RAGGA FUZION, which she recently showcased on the multi-Emmy Award winning TV series, So You Think You Can Dance Australia.

Minx is a make up artist, dancer, dance teacher and lover of all things colourful.
She is sought after for her reggaeton choreography and is proficient in a range of urban and street latin styles including dancehall, salsa, zouk, bachata and even samba.

Di Apprentice
Zim/Australian dancehall recording artist Di Apprentice, has a strong following all over Australia for his electric live shows.
He’s been making waves of late behind the scenes with his producion skills, and his ear for new dancehall sounds, and hip hop collaborations.. Di Apprentice will be running one-on-one vocal coaching and recording sessions during the camp for any artists wanting to expand their repertoire or add a bit of spice to their style and delivery.
