I love dancehall is a club night, running 8 years strong. Its all about good vibes, showcasing local artists, and promoting dancehall music and culture.

SO FIRE had been pushing global bass sounds through her nights Raggatronic, A little bit louder and of course I love dancehall…She is super excited to be bringing more of that Afrobeats, global bass sound to ILD this September.

JESSE I
Melbourne’s reggae don Jesse I is known around the world as an expert on contemporary Jamaican music, but for this party he’ll be turning his attention to Africa, and exploring the sweet spot where afrobeats and dancehall meet – from slow and sexy to jump up party vibes.

DJ DEMIZE
Demize loves to spin Dancehall, Naija Beats, Genge from Kenya and even a little Kwaito from South Africa and at the next instalment of I Love Dancehall he’ll be doing just that. Come through, free your mind and shake ya bumpa!!!

ERYQ
Hailing from East Afric, Eryq is a versatile DJ who has been active in the Melbourne and International scene for over 20 years. He has toured and supported dancehall and reggae artists like Beenie Man, Chaka Demus, Demarco, Gyptian, Anthony B, Taurus Riley and more. He is a resident DJ at Sounds of Africa, specializing in a unique blend of Afrobeats, dancehall and Soca.

DJ DAWN is no doubt familiar to some of the dancehall fam as the DHQ Duchess Dusk. She has destroyed many hearts and a few male egos with her dancehall queen antics. But for now she is the queen of the decks. She has been killing dancefloors around Melbourne with her infectious afro beat infused house sets, but for us she’ll be bringing a dancehall afro fusion,…with maybe a lil bit of soca carnival style too..

MADIBA RIDDIM
Afrobeat dance crew Madiba Riddim are made up of 10 dancers!! 5 male and 5 female…
